The Bradford Barn is an affordable, unique venue north of Toronto with natural beautiful spaces. With our awesomely talented in-house entertainment, catering team and custom décor pieces, the Bradford Barn is the perfect fit for your wedding day and your guests will rave about it for years to come!

With no minimums in guest counts or food and beverage and complimentary access to a large inventory of custom décor pieces, your wedding budget will thank us.

What’s Included? Seriously…what isn’t?!

  1. Exclusive use of our two-storey heritage Barn and our experienced staff to assist you throughout the day. We only host one event per day so you will receive our undivided attention.
  2. A live band complete with professional lighting and sound, and our in-house DJ for your reception. Our live entertainment is what sets us apart and will have your guests dancing all night! If the band is not for you, DJ only options are also available.
  3. Choice of indoor or outdoor ceremony area complete with wooden arbor and signing table. Indoor options are always available in case of rainy or inclement weather!
  4. Stunning photo opportunities throughout the 100-acre property.
  5. Complimentary rehearsal can be booked Monday through Thursday.
  6. Access to our Private Bridal Suite and Man Cave complete with pool table and foosball.
  7. Floorplan design for dinner seating. And with our compliments, you will have access to and setup of our photo booth, decorative wooden crates, card box, table numbers, galvanized buckets, lanterns, mason jars…just to name a few!
  8. Complimentary use of our elegant house draping, specialty lighting, white chiavari chairs, round/banquet tables, antique harvest table for display/gifts, our handcrafted cake table and our indoor rustic timber bar.
  9. Outdoor designated smoking area, fire pit and benches.
  10. An outdoor cocktail area complete with our custom-built Grain Bin Bar, Gazebo, picnic tables and assorted lawn games such as bean bag toss, giant jenga, ring toss and ladder ball.
  11. Custom built spacious washroom facility with granite counter tops, electrical and plumbing.
  12. Ample on-site parking for up to 120 cars.

What else should we consider in our budget?

Food is handled directly through our exclusive caterer, and starts at $50.00pp. If serving alcohol, a flat fee Bar Service based on your guest count is applied. A Special Occasions Permit (No Sale, $35), and alcohol (Estimate of $15pp) is supplied by you directly. And of course, don’t forget about Party Alcohol Liability Insurance.

Bar Service includes the following:

  1. A Smart Serve certified bartender and security staff for the duration of your event
  2. Set up & Tear down of the indoor/outdoor bar
  3. Corkage of wine & table service during dinner & speeches.
  4. Soft Bar with a variety of mixes (7 pop, 2 juices)
  5. Ice and clear plastic cups
  6. Drinking water

Bar service starts at $1125 then $15 per adult over 75 guests.

We believe in full transparency when it comes to your budget so we like to mention the unmentionables and highlight that taxes (13% HST) are extra.

Optional Add-ons

A perfect way to further customize your event is through the rentals of linens, and place settings. Basic pricing for buffet events can be budgeted at $4.50pp. Delivery estimated at $175. Please keep in mind that the cost increases for plated dinner service, and we would be happy to help you navigate through this once your menu has been finalized.
