When comparing venue rental fee and food and beverage costs, The Bradford Barn is one of the most affordable, unique Barn venues in the Toronto area. By taking advantage of our awesomely talented in house entertainment and catering teams you can host a relatively budget conscious event at the Bradford Barn that will leave your guests sharing memorable conversations for months after your event. We encourage you to make great use of our included decor and naturally beautiful spaces! The Bradford Barn is the perfect fit for your wedding day.

Additionally, Bradford Barn is not into add on’s and up charges up the wahzoo and does not have a food and beverage minimum or a guest count minimum and we offer lots of free stuff for you to use for your special day.

  1. Exclusive use of our two story heritage Barn of which one level is reserved for your ceremony in the case of inclement weather from 10:00 am till 12:30 am. Bradford Barn only hosts one event per day. We have you covered rain or shine!
  2. What sets us apart! Professional high fidelity in house live entertainment to perform three forty five minute sets with our top of the line sound system, professional stage and lighting. We also supply you with our professional in house DJ at the start of your reception. This unique combination of a live performance and DJ will keep your party dancing all night! Making memories that will last forever!
  3. Choice of indoor or outdoor ceremony area complete with wooden arbor and signing desk Indoor options are always available in case of rainy or inclement weather!
  4. Stunning photo opportunities throughout the 100 acre property.
  5. Custom built spacious washroom facility complete with granite counter tops, electric and plumbing
  6. Use of on-site Private Bridal Suite and Man Cave complete with pool table and fooze ball.
  7. White Chiavari chairs, 22 60 inch round tables, 10 6ft. banquet tables, antique harvest table for display/gifts, hand crafted cake table.
  8. Design of floor plan for dinner seating and complete turn-key set up of your dining area.
  9. Elegant house draping, lighted back drop, chandeliers and lantern lighting.
  10. Complimentary use of available decor such as wooden arbor, signing desk, wood slabs and crates, lanterns, mason jars, LED tea lights, table markers, blackboards, place card display, galvanized buckets etc. Please visit our inventory page for all available items.
  11. Indoor Rustic Timber Bar.
  12. Outdoor designated smoking area, fire pit and picnic tables.
  13. Custom built Outdoor Grain Bin Bar, Gazebo, cocktail area, picnic tables and assorted lawn games such as Bean Bag Toss(cornhole), Giant Jenga, Ring Toss, Ladder Ball and Monster Badminton.
  14. Custom made Bradford Barn photo booth
  15. Complimentary 2 hr rehearsal date week nights, Monday through Thursday. You are welcome to come back for a visit at anytime and encouraged to attend our Open House party nights held the 3rd Friday of every month through out the season.
  16. Ample on-site parking.

Kitchen Sink: Priceless!

No hidden fees! With the exception of our Bar Service fee and those pesky taxes (HST 13% ) everything else is included. Our only additional OPTIONAL fees are related to linens and place settings if you would like us to organize these details for you. Tablecloths, linen napkins, dinner plate, knife, fork, water glass and wine glass can be provided for $5 per person plus delivery fee. Additional rental items can be arranged.

Bar Service

Bar service includes the following:

  1. 1 or 2 Smart Serve certified bartenders and security staff for the course of your event
  2. Set up & clean up of the indoor/outdoor bar.
  3. Corkage of wine & table service during dinner & speeches. Our bar never closes.
  4. Mix (7 pop & 2 juice)
  5. Ice and clear plastic cups
  6. Drinking water
