Congratulations on your engagement! Thank you for your interest in our new heritage Barn venue. We would be thrilled to be a part of your special day!

We have come up with the following to help couples navigate these crazy times and build their own event to meet their specific needs. 

We are currently allowed groups of 100 outside and 50 inside. Tented options are available now to accommodate outdoor dining for up to 100 guests.

Venue Rental

Friday and Saturday $950 per hour, Sunday thru Thursday $800 per hour, 4 hour minimum for ceremony and reception, 2 hour minimum ceremony only. 1 complimentary hour prior for set up and readiness to include:

  • Exclusive use of our two storey heritage Barn.
  • Choice of indoor or outdoor ceremony area complete with wooden arbor and signing desk. Indoor options are always available in case of rainy or inclement weather!
  • Stunning photo opportunities throughout the 100 acre property.
  • One hour complimentary for set up and readiness.
  • Use of on site Private Bridal Suite and Man Cave complete with pool table and fooze ball.
  • White Chiavari chairs, 60 inch round tables, 6ft. banquet tables, antique harvest table for display/gifts, hand crafted cake table.
  • Detailed set up and design of floor plan for dinner seating if required.
  • Elegant house draping, lighted back drop, chandeliers and lantern lighting.
  • Complimentary use of available decor such as wooden arbor, draping, signing desk, Shepard’s hooks, photo booth, wood slabs for center pieces, wooden crates and card box, lanterns, mason jars, LED tea lights, table markers, blackboards, place card display, galvanized buckets etc. All for use totally free of charge and set up by our talented in house decor specialist. (Me😜)
  • Indoor Rustic Timber bar if requested.
  • Outdoor designated smoking area, fire pit and benches.
  • Custom built Outdoor Grain Bin Bar if serving alcohol, Gazibo, cocktail area, picnic tables and assorted lawn games such as bean bag toss, giant jenga, ring toss and ladder ball.
  • Custom built spacious washroom facility complete with granite counter tops, electric and plumbing.
    On site parking.
  • Catering is additional and can be provided by our amazing in house catering team Cibo Special Event Catering. If you already have deposit in place with outside vendors please feel free to use them. Use of our service staff is mandatory.

Bar Service $90 per hour to include bartender, security staff, clear plastic cups, ice and mix. $200 set up fee.

DJ $350 (2 hours) ceremony audio and music, cocktail entertainment.

$750 (full day) includes ceremony, cocktail and reception entertainment

Live Entertainment 6 piece band $2900 (3, 45 minute sets) or $1200 per 45 minute set, timing of your choice.
